This can be done through various channels, for instance:

• BE-Alert
• radio and TV
• website of the municipality or province
• social media (for example @CrisiscenterBE)
•  police patrol cars driving through the streets

The best way to prepare yourself is to be well informed about what to do in case of an alarm, know what channels are available and subscribe to them.
